BODYCAMP

SIGNATURE

Bodycamp was designed to focus on the fundamentals. Our Signature Class is a total body strength and conditioning session. Improve your energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. This class will leave you alert and ready to take on whatever comes your way.

GOODFORM’S GREATEST HIIT(S)

In this class, you will give 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. High Intensity Interval Training increases aerobic endurance while improving strength, power, and maximizes calorie burn in a short period of time. HIIT is one of the most time-efficient ways of training. In less than 45 minutes, you will go as hard as you can and keep your energy all the way up!

PILATES w MO

This mind-body mat class focuses on movement patterns in all planes of motion. Think emphasis on recovery and building a strong powerhouse. The goal is to enhance muscular symmetry, alignment, flexibility, and coordination.

PILATES is a light to moderate class that works on gradually improving overall flexibility and balance. Progressive flexibility allows for full range of motion which ultimately enhances daily living.

Master the art of glute growth in this all-levels class designed to target the glutes and build strengh. The glutes are an often overlooked group of muscles. Building strong glutes is essential for our overall health and performance.

CORECAMP was developed to help you build a strong foundation.

In this class you’ll learn fundamental abdominal exercises to help you properly stabilize your spine in sport and life, reducing the risk of injury and low back pain.
