Melissa also knows as Mel has a passion for fitness that runs deep. Playing all kinds of sports from the age of 7 has laid the foundation on how Mel continues to train as an athlete today. 

Mel has been a physical education teacher for 6 years & aims to educate, motivate and inspire you to live a healthy and active lifestyle. With an  emphasis on building  mental toughness you can expect to be pushed mentally & physically while having a solid jam session during strength class. 

As a seasoned runner, ex cross fitter, powerlifter, yogi, & triathlete Mel believes in the power of movement as medicine.
